The system is used for the single layer chamber drying mode. Which is used for loading green bricks on the pallet or unloading dried bricks from pallet.
The system is suitable for producing floor tiles, porous bricks and high hole rate hollow bricks with annual output of 40 million bricks below, and suitable for all kinds of raw materials.

Waste Brick Treatment Bench
The purpose of the device is to automatically send the bad bricks produced by the broken cutting wire in the work of the cutting machine to the waste brick belt, and the qualified bricks to the departing belt conveyor.
Departing Belt Conveyor
Departing belt conveyor is an equipment for departing qualified bricks automatically due to the belt speed difference. Its purpose is to depart the bricks sent by the cutting machine and send the bricks to the programming bench.
Programming Bench
The automatic programming bench is the key equipment in the brick production line. It is located between the cutting equipment and the stacking equipment in the technological position. The automatic programming bench has many functions such as conveying, turning over, grouping and departing.
Pallet Conveyor
Transport the green brick pallet to loading part; Transport the dry brick pallet from the loading shelf to the programming table
Loading Shelf, Unloading Shelf
The loading shelf stores a whole son-cart's pallets with green bricks and wait for the mother-cart transported that to the drying room; The unloading shelf stores a whole son-cart's pallets with dried bricks.
Forklift
Transport the pallet with green bricks into the drying room; Transport the pallet with dried bricks from the drying room to the unloading shelf.
