The motor provides the driving force and drives the hydraulic coupling to realize the stable starting of the motor without load. The power is transmitted to the reducer through a pulley, and the reducer drives the spindle through a coupling. The spindle and the suspension seat are connected by the expansion sleeve, and the torque transfer is realized by the friction between the expansion sleeve, the spindle and the suspension seat. The advantage is easy to install and disassemble, can realize the overload protection of the spindle, avoid damage to the spindle machining surface. The suspension seat transmits power to the inner and outer cantilevers respectively, and drives the two rollers to rotate around the main shaft, and the rollers rotate around their respective rollers at the same time. The material mixed with water in the former process falls from the central hopper at the top of the equipment to the front of the inner roller. After the material is rolled and crushed by the inner roller, it is scraped to the outer roller raceway by the floating scraper and passes through the outer roller. After the raw materials are rolled, the grinding and extrusion are carried out through the holes of the sieve plate to complete the crushing, mixing, grinding and kneading of various raw materials.

Raw material for the sieve plate is high manganese steel, module designing, anti-wearing and also can be removed with new spare easily.
Mill
The roller adopts a structure that the roller skin is separated from the hub, which is connected as a whole by a wedge-shape key; it is convenient to replace the skin when needs.

Thickness of the roller skin is 150 mm, made of high-manganese-chromium alloy steel, which is high-strength and wear-resistance
Pan
It is the lattice structure which welded by steel wool, which is stronger and could bear huge impact compaction.
Structure support
There is polyurethane shock-absorbing pad between the platform and reducer, which is used to absorb the impact force and vibration of the equipment during operation.
Note: Structure supporting and maintenance platform are optional and
customers can weld in the local.
Main shaft
The main shaft is made of alloy steel forgings, and has been heat treated, which has high strength;
Fatigue resistance and can bear large radial eccentric forces.
Motor&reducer
A torque-limited and hydraulic coupling is used for power transmission between the main engine motor and the input shaft of the reducer, which effectively protect the reducer and the motor from the impact on the mechanical parts when working at full load; the main reducer is equipped with a forced lubrication system and cooling fan.

The rolling mechanism is simple to build, easy to maintain, not strict with feeding size requirements, equipment self-weight, strong overall rigidity, impact resistance, and safe and stable equipment operation.
The hydraulic coupling is used to realize the power transmission between the motor and the reducer, the starting impact is small, and the reducer can provide overload protection and prolong the service life.
The inspection door open/close detection switch is interlocked with the main motor start/stop switch to ensure that the maintenance personnel can maintain the machine when the machine is stopped.
