Automatic Loading and Unloading System:
According to customer’s requirements, BBT design and produce its loading and unloading system by their own. It includes:
1. Pallet conveyor line with dry bricks;
2. Empty pallet down, 90 ° steering device;
3. Pallet buffer storage device for wet bricks;
4. Pallet lifting device for wet bricks;
5. Pallet lowering device for carrying dry bricks;
6. Pallet buffer storage device for carrying dry bricks;
Brick loading and unloading machine system has following features:
The equipment of loading and unloading system are customized for the twice setting and firing and chamber type single layer drying process. It has the feature of a short drying cycle, high yield, and can meet the requirements of producing products with more specifications. It also has the advantages of economic and environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving.
Loading and unloading system includes:
1.A 90 degree steering system and a lifting device with a wet brick pallets;
2.A bench for wet brick pallet feeding ;
3.A device for shelving a tray of wet bricks;
4.A bench for pulling out dry stock pallets;
5.A chain belt conveyor for ferries with dry pallets and a chain belt conveyor for ferries with empty pallets.
